This system allows us to develop computer software for you quickly, reliably and at low cost. Our staff works from our offices and you manage their work by using our web based project management system, the Net Tech Ltd. Communication Centre.

The Net Tech Ltd. Communication Centre

This web based software allows you to specify, develop and manage your computer software projects. You can discuss issues with the developers working on your projects in real time, exchange documents, write detailed messages and monitor the work done all from the Comm centre screens. All of your project documentation is securely stored and managed from one central location. The Net Tech Ltd. Comm. Centre gives you control over your software Projects.

We offer 2 ways for you to use the Net Tech Ltd. system.

1 : The Virtual IT Department

Sign up for this option and you have access to all of the skills of any of our staff. Set a task in the Net Tech Ltd. Comm. centre and we will assign the person with the most appropriate skills to carry it out for you. Set as many tasks as you wish or combine many tasks into a large project. You can use us as and when you need us, all that we ask is that you subscribe to one of the Net Tech Ltd.plan's (Click the 'Rates' button for more details).

2 : Dedicated Developer

Sign up for this option and you have a member of staff working exclusively for you at all times. You pick the staff member most suited to your needs and work with him on your large projects. Of course, if there are tasks outside the knowledge range of your developer you still have access to all the skills of our other staff.

2. Why should I use the Virtual IT Department?
The Virtual IT department is designed for businesses and individuals who have many software tasks to do but not necessarily as one big project. It is ideal for small projects from a couple of hours up to a couple of months. Each project will be worked on for you by the person most suited to the task. It is ideal for projects that need a wide range of skills that would not normally be found in one individual.

3. How much does it cost?
You can have your own Virtual IT Department from only £35 per month. You pay a monthly subscription which includes a number of hours work at a very low hourly rate. Any extra hours are charged at our standard rate for that plan. There are 3 plans : Net Tech Ltd. Lite, Net Tech Ltd. Pro and Net Tech Ltd. Ultra. Use Net Tech Ltd. Lite if you are going to use the Net Tech Ltd. system on an occasional basis and Net Tech Ltd. Ultra if you are going to be a heavy user. Click the 'Rates' tab for full details.

9. Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes You can cancel your subscription at any time without incurring any further costs. You just have to pay for the services you have already used.

Note: If at prototype stage the customer is not happy then he/she can have a
full refund, after that it is up to the discretion of Net Tech Ltd.

2. Why should I use the Net Tech Ltd. Dedicated Developer option?
The Net Tech Ltd. Dedicated Developer option gives you one person who works exclusively for you on your projects. This is ideal for large complex projects that require a software developer to fully understand your business methods and systems. You get to interview and choose the right person for the job. The hourly rate for a Dedicated Developer is lower than that for the Virtual IT Department so you save money in the long term. Of course, if your Dedicated Developer has a problem outside his knowledge, he has access to the rest of our staff in order to solve the problem. You have one person working for you, but he is backed by the whole of the Net Tech Ltd. staff.

3. I like the Dedicated Developer concept and want to take it further. What do I do?
The first thing to do is to contact us. You can fill in our enquiry form by clicking on the 'Enquiry' button on any page. If you wish to contact us directly, click on the 'Who We Are' button on any screen and contact us by using the phone, fax or mail details on the screen.

4. What does all this cost? Are there any extras?
Developers cost from £150 per day. Senior Developers cost from £180 per day and Team leaders cost from £200 per day. These daily prices include all the management support from the UK and in Islamabad. They include all the communications costs incurred by the developer. Your only extra cost is those incurred in communicating with your developer using email, phone, fax or mail.

5. What is not included?

Management support does not include technical project management such as functional or technical specifications or dealing with business specific technical issues. Our management support is there to smooth communication between you and your developer. It is there to enable us to help your developer produce quality solutions to your software problems and to keep you happy!

6. Do I pay for my developers holiday or sick time?

No! You only pay for the actual work time billed by your developer. Time is billed in ½ day increments. We look after sick pay and holidays.

7. Where do my developers work?
Your developers work in our newly refurbished offices in Islamabad, Pakistan and in London, England. Each developer has his own fully equipped work space and has access to secretarial and conference facilities as necessary.

8. How do I interact with my developers?
You can communicate with your developer(s) in real time using our innovative Net Tech Ltd. Comm. centre.

9. How can I be sure that I am getting good people?
Before you take on any of our developers, you are able to interview them yourselves to determine their suitability for the job. Many of our developers also have internationally recognized technical qualifications (including Masters degrees in IT) that can be independently verified.

10. How secure is my source code and commercial secrets?
Each developer has his own secure PC. Security procedures are in place to prevent unauthorized access of any client specific data. Any communication with your developer is not available to any of the other developers.

11. What happens if I have problems with my developer?
In the unlikely event of there being problems with your developer the first point of call for problems is the manager in charge. If the problem is serious, then a director can also become involved. He has the authority to deal with the problem, whatever it takes. It is possible to switch to another developer if necessary.
